4. The company is not liable for any damages arising from events such as airline disruptions, natural disasters, revolutions, and others beyond the company's control.
5. In case of illness preventing travel, certified medical documentation from a certified hospital is required. The company will consider moving your travel to the next available program; however, you will incur non-refundable expenses such as airfare, accommodation, visa fees as charged by the embassy, and other actual expenses incurred.
6. The latest announcement on March 1, 2024, states that travelers entering China with regular Thai passports do not need to apply for a Chinese visa. They are allowed to stay for up to 30 days per visit, subject to specified conditions.
